3. Submit your guess and see how close you are
4. Use the color and direction indicators to make better guesses
5. Keep guessing until you find the target country

Distance Indicators

• Red - Far (more than 5000 km)
• Orange - Close (1000-5000 km)
• Yellow - Very close (less than 1000 km)
• Green - Correct! You've found the target country

The direction arrow points from your guess toward the target country, helping you narrow down your search with each attempt.

How many guesses do I get?

You have unlimited guesses to find the target country. The goal is to find it in as few attempts as possible!

What do the colored arrows mean?

The arrows point in the direction of the target country. They are displayed in a blue circle to make them more visible. The direction is based on true geographical bearing between countries.

How are distances calculated?

Distances are calculated using the Haversine formula, which determines the great-circle distance between two points on a sphere (Earth) given their longitudes and latitudes.

How many countries are included?

The game includes all 198 internationally recognized countries, making it a comprehensive test of your global knowledge.

Is my progress saved?

Yes! Your progress is saved for each daily challenge. Your statistics, including games played, win ratio, and current streak, are also tracked.

What do the color indicators mean?

Red indicates Far (more than 5000 km), Orange indicates Close (1000-5000 km), Yellow indicates Very Close (less than 1000 km), and Green means Correct - you've found the target country.

Are there new challenges every day?

Yes, a new mystery country is selected each day at midnight UTC for our Daily Country Challenge. We also offer a Daily Capital Challenge with a new capital city each day. Come back daily to test your geographical knowledge with fresh challenges!

Can I play more than one game per day?

Absolutely! While there's one official Daily Challenge per day, you can play unlimited games in our Unlimited Country Practice mode. We also offer Unlimited Capital Practice and comprehensive geography quizzes. Each practice game features a new random country to identify, so you can keep playing and improving your skills!
